Telecom Infra Logistics
Roll out services to telecom sites and parts maintenance
All-in Logistics manages roll out projects on behalf of leading Network Operators, OEMs, Network Solution Providers and other network participants such as Contractors. These services are offered on a pan-European scale in close co-operation with our other VCK group member ComPass Logistics in Germany. Our Pan-European propositions are offered to multinational companies such as T-Mobile, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, e-Plus, Huawei, Alcatel, Alpine , ZTE, etc.
Our solutions are characterized by a central model which integrates all flows and transactions in the supply chain for Telecom Infra Supplies. This results in cost efficient and just in time deliveries to telecom sites.
In addition, All-in Logistics offers parts maintenance services. We support the mobile network with an end-to-end spare parts management program, which is managed by our on line Web solution branded All-in Control.

Spare parts management
On behalf of several service organizations, suppliers of computer & network systems and telecom providers,
All-in Logistics performs spare parts management services. Global inventories are managed in detail and business critical distribution of components and systems is serviced 24/7/365. We facilitate the timely replacements of defective parts by field technicians.
All-in Logistics manages strategic forward stocking locations (FSLs) through a central end-to-end Service Logistics program, featuring product replacements, network stock replenishments and RMA management.
The concept is supported by a world-wide network of hubs and depots, servicing from next business day up to 2 hrs. time critical deliveries, depending on our customers’ service level agreements.
Processes are managed through our on line Web solution branded All-in Control.
Reverse Logistics

All-in logistics manages various RMA processes such as advanced parts replacements, RMA swap services with testing, loan exchange programs, etc.
Services include:
- end-to-end RMA-management
- product testing, refurbishment, relabeling & barcoding, swap and market replacement
- warranty management and grey market verification
- vendor return management
The RMA application to the OEMs and repair vendors already starts when defective items are registered in our systems prior to receiving the physical parts in the warehouse, which substantially expedites the entire process.
Shop in Shop solutions
On site ICT services and technical support
Our solution supports shop in shop concepts for both business and public sectors, representing the deployment of service desks at customer sites. All-in Logistics offers in house 'over the counter' services and technical support.
Example: Dell-Rabobank projects
Various services are offered to support a flexible working environment for Rabobank employees, amongst which laptop exchange at the counter, loans management, on site installations and technical support. Computer equipment can be ordered on line and are configured to order in our Technical Service Center before thay are handed over to Rabobank employees at the Rabobank premises.
