System Integration

All our processes are completely electronically driven and our systems provide transparency of  processes and full accessibility for the benefit of external interaction with several market players. End-to-end system integration with business partners is the key driver to be able to successfully conduct business in today’s demanding markets for consumer electronics. Flexible order processing,  transparency of processes and cost driving factors require efficient ICT solutions to support the marketing and sales of time to market products.

All-in Logistics is able to offer a leading level of automation in today’s processes. Business integration consists of both the electronic throughput of logistical data and facilitating administrative processes to the extreme.

System Integration

Interfaces with our customers facilitate that orders are pushed electronically to our system. Order feedback and management information is sent in return. Orders are directly received in the so-called 'order pick wave' in our warehouse without the interference of a front office, which expedites the entire process substantially.

System integration (connectivity) between the database/server of our customers and our ERP system is offered through Webservices. A Webservice is a collection of protocols and standards used for exchanging data between applications or systems. All-in Logistics supports open interaction with customers and enables them to send queries to All-in Logistics via Internet directly from their own ERP environment. Subsequently, the requested information is 'transferred' to their system(s).

EDI

All-in facilitates efficient order management by means of electronic data interchange. At All-In we offer a standard solution to customers requiring system synchronization in order to meet cost efficiency and quality objectives.

We use Microsoft BizTalk technology to import XML messages (through SOAP technology) exported from external ERP systems. Although XML messages are the common standard, we also support any other type of file format such as iDoc, EdiFact, CSV and flat text files. Also, we support any kind of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to access our system.
