Deployment services in close cooperation with Dell Computers

As preferred partner of Dell Computers, we have started a large-scaled roll out project, which involves the deployment of 850 locations of an bank and insurance company in Belgium.This project has a leadtime of 4 months during which 2200 workstations will be migrated on several locations throughout Belgium.
In close cooperation with the Dell project team, we have defined a scope of work that can be implemented to service each single location. The complete logistics coordination is managed through our processes and systems.
Prior to delivery, hardware and software configurations are prepared in the Service Center of All-in Logistics.
A dedicated team of trained tech couriers carry out the installation on site and provide services after replacement on the basis of strict procedures to secure the continuation of local business processes. Naturally packaging and replaced units are returned and processed.

Pan-European development of Telecom Infra logistic services.
Together with our collegues of ComPass GmbH in Germany, All-in Logistics has developed pan-European solutions for Telecom infra supply chains. Services are offered in the field of network roll out and spare parts management and are supported by leading ICT solutions. These pan-European solutions guarantee a one-stop-shop platform for our multinational customer base such as Network Operators, OEMs, Network Solution Providers and Contractors. Integrated solutions are already available in The BeNeLux and Germany, whereas advanced steps are made to offer our services in Switzerland.
Our solutions are characterized by a central model which integrates all flows and transactions in the supply chain for Telecom Infra Supplies. This results in cost efficient and just in time deliveries to telecom sites.
Business integration has been very successful at All-in Logistics and ComPass GmbH and we have implemented a common ICT environment for both companies, which has already resulted in new IT solutions for companies such as Alcatel.
All-in Transport fleet welcomes new vans

New vans for All-in Transport.
All-in Transport has expanded its fleet of trucks with two brand new multi-purpose high quality vans. These vehicles are equipped with a tailboard (capacity 500 kg.) and a fleet board management system, which makes them very flexible to carry and handle hi-tech equipment with utmost care. In addition, the strictest environmental (Euro 5) and security (Class 5, ) standards are met. These vans are used to support our hi-tech customers in their need for just in time deliveries, which includes installation services.
Our vans are fitted with a sleeper and can be used for international overnight emergency deliveries. In this way, we offer you qualitative and reliable services for your hi-tech equipment.

At All-in Logistics we are firmly committed to contributing to global welfare and a healthy environment. Social concerns are integrated in our corporate operations, which is reflected in the support of the Viafrica foundation since 2003. All-in Logistics facilitates in the distribution of refurbished computer equipment for the benefit of sustainable educational ICT projects in Africa.
Viafrica has just launched their new PC Donation campaign. Companies and institutions are requested to donate their 'obsolete' hardware, which will be assigned to various implementation projects for schools in Africa. All-in Logistics partners with Viafrica in distributing this hardware.
Environmental concerns are addressed by the deployment of our vehicles in compliance with the Euro 5 standard as well as our waste management programs. In addition, All-in Transport reduces transport movements by using the online marketplace LoadXL.com to exchange load opportunities.

Therefore, we have developed a state of the art tool to instantly send our delivery feedback by means of a proof of delivery (POD).This comes with a unique new way of registration upon delivery, by using an advanced in-house made ‘App’ which is configured for all today's smartphones.
Our customers are notified instantly and systems are updated live without default. The drivers of All-in Transport are using the Samsung Galaxy SII.
